Position Summary:

The General Manager is a hands-on, people-focused leader who brings energy, accountability, and direction to every shift. This individual is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations—from daily execu- tion to long-term team development. As a brand ambassador, the General Manager sets the tone for store culture, inspires excellence, and creates a welcoming space for both customers and team members.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in a coffee shop, café, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee service operations, drink preparation, and guest experience standards.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Comfortable managing labor goals, scheduling, and inventory.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to stay calm, clear, and effective under pressure.
  • Passionate about creating a positive team culture and growing others.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead all store operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
  • Provide clear, ongoing feedback to team members to promote growth, accountability, and performance.
  • Interview, onboard, and train new staff in alignment with company values and standards.
  • Write and maintain employee schedules while managing labor goals and shift coverage needs.
  • Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and waste reduction practices.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Drive team performance by reviewing guest feedback, quality audits, and service metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with owners, leadership, and staff to ensure alignment and clarity.
