Our Story

Wichita natives Adam Frey and Blake Yakel are bringing Ziggi’s Coffee to their hometown with the opening of the first location within Wichita city limits. Both lifelong residents, the business partners are passionate about investing in the community where they grew up and continue to live with their families.

Adam owns a local lawn care business and manages rental properties in the Wichita area, while Blake, a graduate of Wichita State University, has built his career in commercial banking. Together, the pair discovered Ziggi’s while exploring franchise opportunities and were drawn to the brand’s quality products, strong operational model and focus on customer experience.

Their first Ziggi’s opened in Rose Hill, where they learned firsthand how the brand connects with guests through friendly service and customizable drinks. Opening in west Wichita was always part of their long-term plan. Now, they’re excited to introduce Ziggi’s to the city they call home and look forward to serving local families, businesses and schools with drinks and food designed to be the best part of someone’s day.
