Giveaway Period: The Ziggi's Coffee 20th Anniversary Golden Cruzin Cap Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the opening time of each Ziggi's Coffee location, and ends on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the closing time of each Ziggi's Coffee location ("Giveaway Period").
Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Ziggi's Coffee, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter:

a. Automatic Entry: During the Giveaway Period, customers who make a regular menu drink purchase at any Ziggi's Coffee location will have the chance to randomly receive a special Golden Cruzin Cap that celebrates Ziggi's Coffee's 20th anniversary with a $1 off drink offer. The Cruzin Cap must be brought back to a Ziggi's Coffee location for redemption on their next drink purchase. The Golden Cruzin Cap must not be altered or damaged and can only be redeemed once. Cruzin Caps are placed on menu drinks sized 12oz to 32oz and excludes kidZone drinks. The $1 drink offer is valid only for in-store purchases and excludes orders placed online, through the Ziggi’s mobile app or any third-party delivery service.

b. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To receive entry without making a purchase of a menu drink, on a plain 3”x5” card, legibly print or type your complete name, complete mailing address, phone number (including area code), email address and the name of your favorite Ziggi’s drink. Then, mail your 3”x5” card in a postage-affixed sealed envelope to: Ziggi’s Coffee Golden Cruzin Cap Giveaway, 241 Welker Ave., Mead, CO 80542. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Sunday, June 30, 2024, and received no later than Wednesday, July 10, 2024, to be considered eligible. Ziggi's Coffee will randomly select from all eligible mail-in entries received to receive a $1 off drink offer. The random drawing will be held on or around July 12, 2024. The drawing will be executed by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the random drawing and giveaway. Winners will be notified by Sunday, July 14, 2024. If no acknowledgment is made, the participant forfeits the right to receive the offer, and Sponsor, at its discretion, may select an alternate winner for the applicable offer. Odds of winning an offer depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway Period. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. One (1) entry per envelop. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for entrants. All mail-in entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for late, misdirected, illegible, or damaged mailed entries. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the limitation stated above will be void.

Prize: Each randomly selected customer will receive a special Cruzin Cap with a $1 off drink offer affixed to a 12oz-32oz purchased drink. The offer cannot be exchanged for trade or cash value. The total number of prizes awarded will depend on the number of random selections during the Giveaway Period.
Prize Redemption: To redeem the $1 off drink offer, bring the Cruzin Cap to a Ziggi's Coffee location. The offer is valid only for in-store purchases only and excludes orders placed through the mobile app, online orders, or third-party delivery services. The Cruzin Cap must not be altered or damaged and can only be redeemed once. Cruzin Caps can be redeemed starting on June 1, 2024, through the end of closing hours on July 1, 2024.
General Conditions: Ziggi's Coffee reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Ziggi's Coffee in its sole discretion. In such event, Ziggi's Coffee reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Ziggi's Coffee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Limitation of Liability: Ziggi's Coffee is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or website; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Colorado. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Ziggi's Coffee in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Ziggi's Coffee's privacy policy.
