Ziggi's Coffee Augusta, GA Grand Opening Recteq Grill Giveaway - Official Terms and Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY:
The Recteq Road Warrior 340P Wood Pellet Grill Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to attendees of Ziggi's Coffee Augusta, GA Grand Opening event located at 252 Furys Ferry Rd, Augusta, GA 30907 on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, from 10:00am to 2:00pm local time. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the Augusta, GA area who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Ziggi's Coffee and its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. ENTRY:
To enter the Giveaway, attendees must:

Visit the Ziggi's Coffee Augusta, GA Grand Opening event between 10:00am and 2:00pm local time on August 3rd, 2024.
Scan the provided QR codes on-site.
Enter a valid email address on the designated website.

Limit one (1) entry per email address. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. An alternative entry method is available via a paper entry form at the event, but an email address must still be provided.

3. PRIZE:
One (1) winner will receive a Recteq Road Warrior 340P Wood Pellet Grill, along with accessories, with an approximate retail value of $660. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any monetary or cash value.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around Tuesday, August 6th, 2024. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. The selected winner must acknowledge their prize within two (2) business days of being notified. Failure to acknowledge the prize within this time frame will result in disqualification, and Ziggi's Coffee reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

5. PRIZE PICK-UP:
Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner must pick up the Recteq grill and accessories at Ziggi's Coffee Augusta, GA location (252 Furys Ferry Rd, Augusta, GA 30907). No delivery options are provided. The winner will have seven (7) business days from the date of notification to pick up the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize within this time frame, they may forfeit their eligibility, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Ziggi's Coffee is not responsible for any lost, late, stolen, misdirected, or otherwise undeliverable entries or notifications due to any cause, including, but not limited to, technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, network, hardware, or software. Ziggi's Coffee is also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, tampering, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway.

7. CONSENT TO RECEIVE MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS:
By submitting an email address as a method of entry, participants consent to receive communications, including marketing messages, from Ziggi's Coffee. Participants can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Ziggi's Coffee, which are final and binding in all respects. Ziggi's Coffee reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Ziggi's Coffee's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

9. PRIVACY:
All personal information collected as part of this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Ziggi's Coffee’s Privacy Policy.
