Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is concerned about the privacy and safety of children when they use the internet. Ziggi’s may make changes to this Policy from time to time, and we will post any such changes to our Services and we will make the version immediately preceding this current Policy available upon request so that you can see what the changes are and when the changes occurred. OPT-IN FOR TEXT MESSAGING

Users may subscribe to receive SMS messages from Ziggi’s as part of the loyalty registration process at https://ziggiscoffee.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/accountlogin. By doing so, users agree to receive automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Ziggi’s to the mobile phone number provided when signing up. Messages may pertain to promotional programs, new menu items, etc. Messages for this program will be sent from 10DLC and shall begin with text indicating it is from Ziggi’s. Consent to receive automated marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and Data rates may apply. To opt-out of the text messaging program, text the keyword STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to our 10DLC to cancel. After texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to our 10DLC you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed.
