Position Summary:

As a Barista, you create positive moments for every guest by delivering great coffee with a warm smile, a helpful attitude, and an eye for quality. You’ll work alongside a team that values connection, hustle, and a shared commitment to excellence.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll be supported, trained, and empowered to grow. Whether it’s a guest’s first time in or their fiftieth, you’ll help ensure they leave happier than they arrived.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Greet each guest with genuine enthusiasm and create a welcoming environment.
  • Personalize interactions—remember regulars, make newcomers feel at home.
  • Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high standard of guest service, even during peak hours.
