Melissa Malone-Montgomery is the franchise owner of Ziggi’s Coffee in Beaumont, California, where she is bringing the brand’s drive-thru beverage experience to a rapidly growing community. Her journey with Ziggi’s began several years ago when she opened a café-only concept during the pandemic. As customer habits quickly shifted toward drive-thru convenience, the experience offered valuable insight into how the coffee industry was evolving and inspired her to return with a model designed for long-term success. Melissa brings more than two decades of leadership and operations experience across multiple industries. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a U.S. Army veteran, she has built a career focused on strategic planning, team leadership and continuous improvement. For Melissa, opening the Beaumont Ziggi’s represents perseverance and belief in a long-term vision. She is excited to introduce Ziggi’s handcrafted drinks, signature Dirty Sodas and welcoming drive-thru experience to the Beaumont community and create a place where guests can make Ziggi’s part of their daily routine.
