Meet the Owners: Ashlee and Joseph Edman Ashlee and Joseph Edman are the local owners behind Ziggi’s Coffee in Redwood Falls. As local business owners in southern Minnesota, they are not unfamiliar with investing in their community or building something from the ground up. This is their third Ziggi’s Coffee location, part of a longer-term goal of growing their presence across the region. For the Edmans, opening in Redwood Falls was about more than finding the right market. They were drawn to the sense of connection that defines a small town like this one, where people know each other, support local businesses and take pride in where they live. After two locations, they say smaller communities are exactly where they want to be. They plan to be active members of the Redwood Falls community, with local involvement already in the works.
