2026 Ziggi’s Season of Love Terms & Conditions

Season of Love is a limited-time loyalty promotion available to Ziggi’s Rewards members only and is valid from Tuesday, February 3, 2026 through Saturday, February 14, 2026. Guests must be signed in to their Ziggi’s Rewards account and scan their loyalty account at the time of purchase to participate.

Qualifying visits earn rewards based on visit frequency and participation. A qualifying visit requires a minimum purchase of $3.00 (after discounts and before tax). Visits must be at least 15 minutes apart to be counted as separate visits. Eligible rewards will appear in account up to 24 hours after visit.

Rewards are earned based on visit behavior, not by day. There is no requirement to visit on specific days to earn rewards. Rewards and bonuses may vary by visit and by behavior.

During the Season of Love promotional period, standard Double Points Tuesday rewards will be paused and will not be available.

Qualifying visits and rewards are valid for in-store and online orders only. Third-party delivery orders do not qualify. Gift card purchases do not count toward visit totals unless specifically stated.

Bonus rewards tied to specific behaviors (such as afternoon visits, product trial, food purchases, or gift card purchases) are optional and may be available for a limited time, while supplies last.

Rewards have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Additional exclusions may apply. Ziggi’s Coffee reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time.

Specific reward details, eligibility requirements, redemption instructions, and expiration dates are outlined below and may also be provided within the individual reward upon receipt.

Reward-Specific Terms & Conditions

• $1 Off Beverage Reward: Offer valid for one dollar ($1.00) off the purchase of one (1) beverage in a single transaction. Reward requires a minimum purchase of $3.00 (before discounts and tax) to receive. Eligible rewards will appear in guest’s Ziggi’s Rewards account within up to 24 hours after a qualifying visit is completed and properly scanned. Excludes bottled beverages, ready-to-drink items, merchandise, and grab-and-go items. Customizations, add-ons, or modifiers may incur additional charges. Reward has no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Valid for in-store and online loyalty purchases only. Not valid on third-party delivery orders. • Bonus Points Reward: Bonus points earned as part of the Season of Love promotion will be automatically added to the guest’s Ziggi’s Rewards account within up to 24 hours after a qualifying visit is completed and properly scanned. Reward requires a minimum purchase of $3.00 (before discount and tax) to receive. Bonus points have no cash value and may only be redeemed through the Ziggi’s Rewards program in accordance with program rules. Bonus points count toward standard reward thresholds but do not alter the points required for any reward tier. Bonus points may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged and may not be combined with other point-based offers unless expressly stated.

• Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) Beverage Reward: Offer valid for one (1) free beverage of equal or lesser value with the purchase of one (1) beverage in a single transaction. Reward requires a minimum purchase of $3.00 (before discounts and tax) to receive. Eligible rewards will appear in guest’s Ziggi’s Rewards account within up to 24 hours after a qualifying visit is completed and properly scanned. Excludes bottled beverages, ready-to-drink items, merchandise, and grab-and-go items. Customizations, add-ons, or modifiers may incur additional charges. • Instant VIP Status Reward: Offer grants Instant VIP status within the Ziggi’s Rewards program upon issuance. VIP status benefits are determined by the Ziggi’s Rewards program rules in effect at the time of issuance and may include enhanced earning, exclusive offers, or early access opportunities. Reward requires a minimum purchase of $3.00 (before discounts and tax) to receive. Eligible rewards will appear in guest’s Ziggi’s Rewards account within up to 24 hours after a qualifying visit is completed and properly scanned. VIP status has no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. VIP benefits, eligibility, and duration are subject to change. • Points Multiplier Reward (2x Points): Offer grants a point multiplier on qualifying purchases during the applicable reward period, allowing the guest to earn two times (2x) the standard base loyalty points on eligible spend. The multiplier applies to base points only and does not apply to bonus points, taxes, fees, tips, previously issued rewards, or non-qualifying purchases. Reward requires a minimum purchase of $3.00 (before discounts and tax) to receive. Eligible rewards will appear in guest’s Ziggi’s Rewards account within up to 24 hours after a qualifying visit is completed and properly scanned. Points earned through the multiplier have no cash value and may only be redeemed through the Ziggi’s Rewards program in accordance with program rules. • $10.00 Ziggi’s Rewards Dollars & Gift Card Giveaway Entry: Eligible guests may receive ten dollars ($10.00) in Ziggi’s Rewards Dollars and one (1) entry for a chance to win a $250 digital Ziggi’s Coffee gift card, subject to the terms below.

  • Ziggi’s Rewards Dollars Terms: Ten dollars ($10.00) in Ziggi’s Rewards Dollars will be automatically added to the guest’s Ziggi’s Rewards account within up to 24 hours after a qualifying visit is completed and properly scanned. Reward requires a minimum purchase of $3.00 (before discounts and tax) to receive. Rewards Dollars may be redeemed toward eligible purchases in accordance with Ziggi’s Rewards program rules.   • $250 Ziggi’s Digital Gift Card Giveaway Terms: Receipt of the Season of Love reward associated with this giveaway includes one (1) entry for a chance to receive a $250 digital Ziggi’s Coffee gift card. No purchase is necessary beyond a qualifying visit as defined in the Season of Love promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The selected winner will be notified using the contact information associated with their Ziggi’s Rewards account on or around February 25, 2026. The digital gift card will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the winner at the time of prize confirmation. If the selected winner does not respond to the notification or confirm acceptance of the prize by February 28, 2026, the prize will be forefeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Ziggi’s Coffee’s sole discretion. The $250 digital gift card has no cash value and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash. Additional restrictions may apply.
